¡Hola, bebé!

I wrote and illustrated this book during my degree thesis in Graphic Design, between 2014 and 2016. Its main purpose is to communicate to expectant mothers the importance of developing language and literacy skills since birth through everyday interactions, such as reading, talking and singing to the baby. This is known as early literacy and due to the lack of programmes referring to this in Chile, I proposed this book.

In the beginning of 2017, the Chilean publishing house Rumbos Editores was motivated by this idea, accepting to work together in order to improve and finalize the project. As a result, ¡Hola, bebé! (Hello baby!) was published in August 2018.
